• Develop marketing materials for global executions
• Deliver initiatives with strong customer focus with direct input from the regional marketing heads and top management
• Coordinate internal customers and support their product marketing initiatives
• Offer professional marketing communication expertise to assist in the development process and take the lead for the implementation of the marketing and sales plan
• Research the market’s industry and competitor’s marketing strategies, report findings on a steady basis to top management

• Educated to a degree level, preferably in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing or Communications, MBA is an asset
• 2-3 years experience in Marketing or Product Management is required, direct sales experience is a plus
• Fluent in spoken and written English is a must, any additional language an advantage
• Strong success track in previous assignments
• Proven ability to deliver plans and execute
• MS Office proficiency
• Highly motivated, analytical based conceptual thinker with "can-do" attitude – a reliable problem solver
• Team player with open, positive attitude and respect for others
• Previous international experience from either studying or working abroad is an asset
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• External and customer oriented
• Flexibility to deal with the challenges of a developing organization in an emerging business environment
