A GUIDE to beginners: introduction to Guided Surgery

Ce workshop d’une journée permettra d’explorer les premières étapes de l’implantologie numérique et de la chirurgie implantaire guidée.Le CBCT 3D à faible dose a modifié le flux de travail implantaire au cours des dernières années, en particulier avec d’autres phénomènes de numérisation tels que les empreintes intra-orales. En quelques clics, une planification d’implant en 3D peut être générée avec une conception de guide chirurgical pour la conception au cabinet. Néanmoins, de nombreux pièges dans le flux de travail peuvent conduire à l’imprécision, avec des résultats potentiellement dangereux. L’objectif de cet atelier est donc d’aider le praticien à comprendre le flux de travail et à apprendre la planification en 3D grâce à des exercices pratiques utilisant le logiciel d’implant coDiagnostix. Le flux de travail de A à Z sera couvert, et une chirurgie LIVE avec un guide imprimé sur place complétera ce cours d’introduction à l’implantologie numérique.

This one-day introductory workshop will give the opportunity to explore the first steps in digital implantology and guided implant surgery.3D low dose CBCT has changed the implant workflow over the last few years, especially with other digitalisation phenomena like intraoral impressions. In a few clicks, a 3D implant planning can be generated with a surgical guide design for in-house printing. Nevertheless, many pitfalls in the workflow can lead to imprecision, with potentially dangerous results. This workshop’s purpose is therefore to help the practitioner to understand the workflow and learn 3D planning with hands-on exercises using the coDiagnostix implant software. The workflow from A to Z will be covered, and a LIVE surgery with in-house printed guided will complement this introductory course on digital implantology.
