To facilitate this focus, Osseo Group in conjunction with ClearCorrect are initiating a positive change. Since ClearCorrect became a part of Straumann Group in 2017, we have continued to provide you with better synergies and easier, integrated workflows.

From September 2021, ClearCorrect will begin transitioning your doctor’s portal account over to the Straumann Group eShop platform, where you will have easier access to implant solutions, biomaterials, instruments, accessories, and digital solutions, among others. This provides you with access to the entire Straumann Group ecosystem.

This transition will occur over the course of a few weeks in order to make it as seamless as possible. Don’t worry – you’ll still be accessing the ClearCorrect doctor’s portal for case submissions (through the eShop) and managing your ongoing cases.

Impact

From September 21, ClearCorrect will begin transitioning doctor’s portal accounts over to the Straumann Group eShop platform. This transition will take place over a few weeks so keep an eye out for the confirmation email.

  • Your doctor's portal login information will stay the same, but you will log in through the  Straumann Group eShop.
  • Invoices will come from Straumann Group. You will also be charged GST.
  • During the transition,  credit card payments will not be accepted online.  Straumann Group will contact you to discuss arrange payment  during this period.

Keep a Lookout!

The following simple steps will be important to transition to your eShop account.

  1. Once your account is transitioned to the Straumann Group eShop, you will receive an email from the following sender (noreply@mail.straumann.com). This transition will take a few weeks so keep an eye out for the confirmation email. Once you receive this email, you are ready for the next steps.
  2. Confirm your account by clicking on "set your password" found in your email.
  3. Login with your new credentials and click on eShop.
  4. Access the ClearCorrect doctors portal through your eShop by clicking the ClearCorrect logo.
  5. Initially, whilst we transition, we will contact you to arrange payment.

Q: How do I view and pay my invoice?
A: Sign into your Straumann Group eShop, then click Account Services. Click View Outstanding Invoices and select the invoice you wish to view.  Some delays may occur so please contact us if you should have any queries. 
 
Q: Will my invoices include GST?
A: Since Straymann Australlia Pty Ltd is a local entity, your invoice will include GST.
 
Q: If I'm a new provider, how do I sign up?
A: You can self-register on the Straumann Group eShop. A representative will be in touch with you shortly.
 
Q: How do I access my ClearCorrect Doctor's Portal?
A: Sign into the Straumann Group eShop account and access your ClearCorrect doctor's portal. Check the video guide above titled 'Access your ClearCorrect Doctor's Portal.'
