The ClearCorrect Speaker Enrichment Summit is the event for the year for our esteemed Speakers who are eager to continue to push boundaries with us.
We welcome you to the Renaissance Polat Hotel in the beautiful and historical Istanbul.
With a power-packed agenda, immerse yourself in the world of innovative technologies and the latest developments in the field of ClearCorrect aligners. We offer a platform for the exchange of knowledge, experience and networking. You can expect an interactive two days, in which you will have the opportunity to learn from each other and ask questions that bring unique discussion points to the forefront.
You were personally nominated and selected based on your experience and perspective on the industry and we would be honored to have you join.

Please make your flight reservations to and from Istanbul International Airport based on the information provided below:
Arrival Date: Thursday, 17th October 2024
Event Days: 18th October 2024 & 19th October 2024 until 4.00 pm local time
Departure Date: 19th October 2024 (post 7pm local time) or 20th October 2024.
Room nights for 17th October 2024, 18th October 2024 and 19th October 2024 will be covered by us. For those of you departing on 20th October, please write to us for the room night coverage. Therefore, please do inform us of your arrival and departure dates to communicate with the hotel and manage your booking.
If you decide to extend your stay or come early, then please liaise with the Hotel directly at duygu.burkaya@polatholding.com and please mention that you are a part of the ClearCorrect Enrichment Summit in October. Further, there would be a per night supplementary charge for Double Occupancy and Triple Occupancy rooms as below:
- Stay extension (single occupancy): €160 (VAT incl.) per night
- Double Occupancy: extra €20 + 12% VAT per night
- Triple Occupancy: extra €30 + 12% VAT per night on top of double occupancy rate i.e. extra €50 per night + 12% VAT
- If you would be travelling with children, please contact the hotel directly
Please note,
- All personal consumptions will be chargeable to you at the time of check-out.
- Straumann Group will take care of accommodation for the event related nights only.
How to get there?
The closest airport is Istanbul International airport.
The hotel is about 40 – 45 minutes from the airport and we recommend to please take a taxi to the hotel. Taxi should cost approximately between €30 to €50 (as checked on Uber).
Alternately, you can also fly in and out from Sabiha Airport, but the distance is longer and would take about an hour or more to get the hotel. The costs would ideally be the same.
