Please do make your flight reservations according to and from Madrid-Barajas Airport based on the information below:
Arrival Date: Thursday, 15th May 2025
Event Days: 16th May 2025 & 17th May 2025 until 5.00 pm local time
Departure Date: 17th May 2025 (post 7pm local time) or 18th May 2025.
Room nights for 15th May 2025, 16th May 2025 and 17th May 2025 will be covered by us. Therefore, please do inform us of your arrival and departure dates to communicate with the hotel and manage your booking.
If you decide to extend your stay or come early, then please fill your needs in our registration form or liaise with the Hotel directly at info@canopymadrid.com and please mention that you are a part of the ClearCorrect Excellence Symposium in May 2025. These extensions are subject to availability.
Further, there would be a per night supplementary charge for Double Occupancy and Triple Occupancy rooms as below:
- Stay extension (single occupancy): €190 per night (VAT incl.)
- Double Occupancy: extra €20 per night / total €210 per night (VAT incl.)
- Triple Occupancy: extra €120 per night / total €310 per night (VAT incl.)

How to get there?
The closest airport is Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas Airport.
The hotel is about 20 – 30 minutes from the airport and we recommend to please take a taxi to the hotel. Taxi should cost approximately between €25 to €35 (as checked on Uber).
