A registered dental hygienist, educator, and sales leader, Tracy began her career in a high-performing restorative practice in West Palm Beach, Florida, where she developed a strong foundation in interdisciplinary esthetic dentistry. She has completed advanced clinical training through the Dawson Academy and the Aesthetic Advantage Institute. As a former faculty member at Palm Beach State College for over 11 years, Tracy mentored future clinicians while emphasizing collaborative diagnosis and patient-centered care.
