What is the registration fee?

When is the registration deadline?

While we leave it up to our participants to register for this unique experience at their own pace, we strongly recommend doing so early enough to secure your seat and be able to select all offered sessions of your choice. Due to space limitations, we might have to close registration once we have reached the sold-out capacity.  

What does the registration include?

Registration fee includes for all congress participants admission to the scientific program lectures (incl pre-congress), attendance to coffee breaks, lunches, and the welcome reception. Meet and mingle with some of the industry’s best and brightest key experts at the industrial product exhibition. Rate includes VAT.  

When will I receive registration confirmation and where do I get my congress badge?

You will receive your registration confirmation letter by email shortly after completing the payment of your registration. A few days before the congress, you will receive a digital QR code by email to be used on site at the check-in stations to print out your name badge.

Congress hostesses and the Help Desk remain available for onsite assistance at all times.  

Is there any translation provided?

We are offering translation by wordly. A full list of all currently offered languages in wordly can be found here: available languages.
Please ensure you bring your own smartphone fully charged and your own headphones/headsets along to use wordly onsite.

Will a certificate of attendance be provided?

Yes, all participants who attended the event will receive a certificate of participation, where the educational hours are mentioned, per email after the event.

The Event App

Why download the app and what are the features?

With the International Esthetic Days™ event app you can create your own personalized agenda, browse the program, receive the latest event-related news alerts, get floorplans of the congress center, locate rooms, and more.  

How to download the app?

You will receive an email about two weeks before the event, with all the relevant information to download the event app, along with the event code and your personal PIN to open and log in to the app.  

Letter of Invitation

Participants that require an official invitation letter in order to obtain a visa, will have the possibility to apply for such an invitation on the registration site or, alternatively, contact the organizers at estheticdays@bcocongresos.com. Participants must register and pay in full prior to receiving a visa letter. Visa letters are not available to participants who are not paid in full or who have canceled their registration.

Accommodation

After finalizing the payment of your registration you will be asked if you want to book your accommodation in one of the official hotels.

BCO Congresos is the event’s preferred partner to book accommodation and we recommend using the official accommodation platform. Shuttle service between the official hotels and the congress venue will be provided for the duration of the congress. For group bookings (more than 2 rooms), please contact estheticdays@bcocongresos.com.

How can I book my hotel?

Accommodation can be booked during the registration process (will be soon available).

All rates are in DKK and include room type selected, breakfast, VAT, city tax, and shuttle service to the venue.

The night
Friday, 4 September 2026
Dive into a unique experience with other esthetic artists and enjoy an evening with great food and drinks, a surprising entertainment and with interactions to keep in memory for a lifetime. Do not miss out on THE NIGHT – the place to be that evening. On separate purchase.
Important information about THE NIGHT: Spaces are limited, and tickets are sold on a first come, first served basis. Admission is only possible with THE NIGHT wristband, which will be provided during badge pickup at the registration counter. 

Farewell apero
Saturday, 5 September 2026
Join us for a relaxed and convivial farewell apero — a final toast to a successful event, filled with valuable learnings and meaningful moments.

Where can I purchase tickets for THE NIGHT?

The ticket is not included in the registration fee and costs DKK 2700. You will be able to purchase your ticket for THE NIGHT during registration. There is also the option to purchase tickets onsite. However, this is subject to availability. We encourage you to secure your ticket while registering.

Participants may purchase a maximum of two tickets for THE NIGHT.  

How much does the ticket for THE NIGHT cost and what does it include?

THE NIGHT ticket costs DKK 2700.00 per person (VAT included), and includes dinner, beverages and entertainment.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Individual Registrations

Cancellation by Straumann – 100% refund
Cancellation by the participant by July 9, 2026 – 100% refund
Cancellation by the participant by August 6, 2026 – 50% refund
All cancellations as of August 7, 2026 are not refundable
All cancellations must be made in writing by email to estheticdays@bcocongresos.com

Registrations are for the individuals actually attending the event and paying the registration fee. Registrations are non-transferable. The only changes to the registration which will be accepted following registration to the event will be limited to correcting typos, updating the last name following an update of a registrant’s civil status or similar alterations. Such changes will be accepted up until 1 day prior to the event by contacting  estheticdays@bcocongresos.com, provided these terms are fully complied with. Straumann reserves the right to refuse a name change if such change does not comply with these terms. 

Miscellaneous

Straumann reserves the right to cancel the event or the registration up to 24 hours prior to the event date. 

Refunds will not be made for no-shows to the event or late cancellation of attendance as per the rules of this section. 

Refunds will not be made for rejected visa applications if the application was not made at least 8 weeks before the event and subject to the provision of an official document from the relevant embassy rejecting such visa application to Straumann via email to estheticdays@bcocongresos.com. Rejected visa applications must be communicated to Straumann immediately. Notification of rejections of visa applications after the event date will not be accepted and no refund will be provided. 

All refunds will be processed after the event within 60 days. This refund will be made using the same means of payment as that used by the Participant for the initial transaction, unless the participant expressly agrees that another means of payment may be used.
