Samuel Akhondi

Dr. Samuel Akhondi, DMD, MSc, is a Vienna-based implantologist and the youngest ITI Fellow in Austria to date. He completed the ITI Scholarship at Harvard School of Dental Medicine and remained for an additional year as a research fellow and clinical instructor. He is a co-founder of Young ITI Austria and serves as director of an ITI Study Club. His academic work has been recognized with the André Schroeder Prize, the AO Research Prize, and an EAO Research Prize. He has authored over 20 peer-reviewed publications in high-impact journals, including Periodontology 2000.
