Video presentations will be used to demonstrate surgical techniques. This seminar will feature a hands-on session where participants will use connective tissue grafts and soft tissue substitutes to increase soft tissue volume in a pig jaw model. In this seminar, the following questions will be addressed: • What are the main causes of soft tissue complications with implants? • How can connective tissue and free gingival grafts be used to manage aesthetic implant complications? • What are the limits of soft tissue grafting in managing recession defects on dental implants? • How to analyse a case to determine whether a soft tissue graft will be predictable? • Does a bone graft combined with a soft tissue graft achieve better results? • The power of pink ceramic – when can prosthodontic solutions be used to manage aesthetic complications? • Designing and fabricating the “pink ceramic” flange in cantilever fixed prostheses using a single implant (I-cFDP) and when replacing multiple adjacent teeth. • Hiding the transition zone • Prosthodontic tips and tricks
