    Product Management
    Position Summary

    The Surgical Product Manager is responsible for developing and implementing the commercialization strategy for surgical portfolio extension, and managing the life cycle of defined product lines. This person will report to the Sr. Director, Product Management.
    Job Responsibilities
    This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

    • Develop and implement the commercialization strategy of defined product line extension for North America
    • Develop business cases and strategic plans to optimize product portfolio and increase market penetration
    • Manage the life cycle of third party products
    • Closely interact with sales, marketing, education, training, logistics, world headquarters, and other functions to implement strategies and tactics to drive revenue and profit growth
    • Develop differentiating sales and marketing messages
    • Provide sales training at sales meetings and as needed
    • Track and monitor sales trend and provide product forecast
    • Plan and execute other strategic and operational projects, campaigns and programs as needed


    Minimum Qualifications
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, product management, or brand management (dental or medical industry preferred)
    • Sales experience a plus
    • BA/BS required

    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
    • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
