The Event Centre at Dubai Festival City is a shared two-level premium conference space by InterContinental and Crowne Plaza Dubai Festival City. You will benefit from special rates at the above hotels during the Esthetic World, which can also be extended depending on availability. The rates include daily buffet breakfast, Wi-Fi, service charge, taxes and tourism fee, which are usually not included when booking through other websites. We advise you to book early since January is considered the high season, and the Expo Dubai and other events will be running at the same time.

Travel
Emirates Airline and its partner FlyDubai offer non-stop flights from all major cities at attractive fares. The ticket includes a one-day admission at Expo Dubai – passengers who require a visa can get via Emirates Airline.
Visa
Please check on this link whether you will need a visa to enter the United Arab Emirates (UAE) or not.
If you do not need a visa, just verify the validity of your passport. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry to the UAE.
If you need a visa, you can apply for it (fees vary) through:
- Emirates Airline, FlyDubai or Etihad (you would need a confirmed booking with one of the 3 mentioned airlines)
- the hotel where you will stay in Dubai (you would need a confirmed booking)
- your travel agent or local UAE embassy or consulate general

Covid-19
Dubai and the UAE take Covid-19 precautions very seriously. Masks must be worn indoor and outdoor, unless in your own hotel room, apartment or house, at restaurant tables, close to waters (i.e. beaches, swimming pools) and conducting sports.
