    Position Summary
    The Human Resources Business Partner (part-time – 24 hours per week) will provide overall HR support and expertise in areas including but not limited to: employee relations, coaching, recruiting, and performance management to our fast growing manufacturing facility of approximately 50 employees located in Arlington, Texas. This position will report into the Sr. Manager, HR Business Partner in Andover, MA.

    Job Responsibilities
    This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
    • Provide proactive consultation and support to all levels of plant management and employees on issues where HR expertise can improve business results.
    • Role model our core behaviors in support of our cultural journey.
    • Conduct the recruiting process from end to end including sourcing, screening, interviewing, advising in the selection of final candidates, preparing offer paperwork, extending offers to candidates, negotiations, tracking receipt offer and new hire paperwork, and coordinating all on-boarding initiatives in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team in Andover.
    • Data entry for various HR-related systems, such as talent acquisition, personnel management, performance management, on-boarding, off-boarding, etc.
    • Drive Succession Planning for the site to prepare employees for broader roles.
    • Support and drive annual Performance Management Processes in collaboration with the Andover facility.
    • Conduct on-site Exit Interviews and proactively summarize results of exit interview with the line manager, implementing solutions to retain our talent and maintain a low level of turnover.
    • Ensure adherence to local policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and efficiency in alignment with overall company policies.
    • Manage local programs and events supporting annual open enrollment, wellness activities, cultural events and trainings in collaboration with the overall North America HR team.
    • Lead or participate in HR projects through collaboration with our global HR team
    • Keep informed of all federal, state and local laws and regulations and ensure all HR policies and practices are in compliance with specific legal requirements related to general employment and management practices, policies, benefits, recruitment.

Votre profil

    Minimum Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s Degree with 5 – 7 years of hands-on HR experience, including at least 3 solid years in a generalist capacity preferably in a manufacturing setting.
    • Must have extensive experience in employee relations, interviewing, performance management, and coaching.
    • Must possess superior internal relationship skills and be able to successfully partner with employees at all levels of the organization.
    • Must have experience with SAP Success Factors or other related software
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
    • PHR or SPHR certification is a plus.
    • Strong communication skills, ability to problem solve and manage complex situations

    Work Environment & Physical Demands
    General office environment. No special physical demands required. Occasional travel to the Andover site may be required (1-2 short trips per year)
