The main goal of this course is to provide a comprehensive knowledge and skills in the field of dental implant rehabilitation in the posterior maxilla. The posterior maxilla presents challenges due mainly to sinus proximity and thus limited bone height. Participants will learn the latest advancements in implant dentistry to successfully rehabilitate the posterior maxilla using the sinus osteotome technique without the apposition of bone substitute material.
