Registration for the eShop 

To do so, click on 'Register' on the top left or 'Create Account'. Or Fill in the form by clicking here Straumann Group - Straumann Singapore. If you are an existing customer, you may input your customer number.  Upon registration, your request will be reviewed. If successful, within 1-2 days, you will receive the email confirmation to setup your new password

What if I cannot find the email confirmation? 

Please check your junk/spam mailbox as well. The email is sent by sender (noreply@mail.straumann.com) titled ‘Your Straumann Group’s online Account – Set your password’. Please follow the instructions to set your password. If you suspect that the email is lost, please use the contact form below to send us a direct email to customer service. 

How can I change my password or what if I forgot my password? 

To do so, click on 'login' and click 'Forgot your password?'. Click here Straumann Group Login

Can I change my login user ID? 

This is possible, simply send us a direct email to customer service using the form below. The login alias name should be kept within 12 characters. Lower, upper case, and numbers is accepted.
