Dr. Berfin Karatas Jacobs, DDS, PhD, is a Clinical Associate Professor of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Temple University’s Kornberg School of Dentistry. She earned her DDS from the University of Michigan. Dr. Jacobs maintains an active private practice, leads the Philadelphia Women in Implantology Study Club, and collaborates with the Harvard School of Dental Medicine on research in implant dentistry.
