Before your Training

Send us your signature! Please have each doctor in your practice sign his or her name 5 times on a clean, white, unlined sheet of paper with a bold, black pen. Scan the page and email it to loop@straumann.com. We will use this signature to complete your digital letter templates.

Give us your logo. Please forward a .png file to loop@straumann.com to be included in your digital letter templates.

Choose your referring offices! Start with your top referring offices and choose those who are most enthusiastic and optimistic. Setting a positive tone from the beginning will maximize success down the road. Choose 10 partners to start.

Training at a Glance

Day 1 AM: Your LOOP training begins! Your LOOP Trainer will report to your office at designated start time. Please organize your admin team and designated LOOP champion.  You have the option to hold a “team meeting” and have all team members (including doctors) present during your installation, which is approximately 2 to 3 hours.  Should you opt out of an entire team training, your pre-work is critical and we recommend you schedule a 1 hour meeting with trainers and doctors. Your Straumann TM is invited and encouraged to attend.

Day 1 PM and Day 2:  Begin implementations in referral practices. These sessions are 45-60 minutes and do not require downtime for your referring office. See example scheduling below and script.  LOOP champion will carry out implementations with LOOP trainer side by side and once training is complete carry on thereafter.  Your LOOP trainer will assist you in designing a strategic plan for onboarding additional referrals.

Tips on how to schedule your referrals

Schedule referral installation sessions with 8-10 referrals. Keep in mind travel time and flow as each session takes 45-60 min and figuring commute time between each office. 

Here is an example of how most practices schedule their installations with referring offices. The template below allows for approximately 20-30 min travel time between each referring office. 

  • Day 1:  1:00; 2:30; 4:00
  • Day 2: 8:00; 9:30; 11:00; 12:30; 2:00; 3:30

What we have found to be most effective in scheduling is to speak from the heart and share why you chose to give them this gift to streamline communication and ultimate patient care.
