Nordic ClearCorrect Study Clubs – Weekly Virtual Clinical Sessions
The purpose of our Study Clubs is to learn from our experts about how to think and plan for the most predictable outcome. Here, you dive into the plan and discuss how it can be planned differently.
These sessions run once a week, last 1 hour, and are tailored to help you grow your confidence and expertise by discussing real cases together in an open, collaborative format. You can submit your own cases to be used as material in the sessions.
Who is eligible? Anyone with a ClearCorrect case or a passion to learn. You do not need to have a case to participate.
What to expect?
Each study club is hosted by one of four experienced ClearCorrect experts:
Dr. Merete Brathetland, Dr. Elham Salem, Dr. Helle Hatt or Dr. André Wikholm.
Every session will clearly indicate which expert will be leading, allowing you to join the meetings led by a specific expert — or attend as many as your schedule allows.
Get the most out of it - Submit cases to discuss
To ensure meaningful discussions, there is a limited number of cases (normally 4-6) that can be reviewed each session.
We follow a first come, first served principle. We reserve the right to waiver slightly with the purpose of making it fair and balanced.

How to add your case?
When registering, simply add your case number from Dr. Portal to your Lyyti-registration info. You will get the queue number based on the time when you provide the case number. This list is the queue order no matter when you shared it via Dr portal.
By providing your case number, the expert will be able to know the order of cases they will walk through. They will make sure to prepare the day before the Study Club, so your case needs to be registered 2 days before the study club at the latest. No need to send cases via email.
Please ensure you have sent a collaboration request on Dr. Portal to the expert leading the session. Each expert uses a personal ClearCorrect account, we recommend adding all four experts in advance to avoid delays. The experts will not be able to guide you with this during the valuable session.

Once the expert has approved your connection, you need to make sure you share the specific case in your Dr Portal and register the case nr in the Study Club registration.

What is the deadline for adding a case?
Your case needs to be registered 2 days before the study club at the latest. Make sure you also send the connection request and share the cases with our experts!
Registering in advance and before knowing you will have a case to share or not?
We got your back! Your confirmation email includes a button that takes you to your registered information. Then simply click edit your info at the bottom and add the case number on your existing registration.
Is it possible just to listen in?
If you don’t have a case for that session, you’re still welcome to join for learning and discussion. Please tick the box "I want to listen in". This will help us immensely when estimating the nr of participants since the limitation is the actual number of cases that can be discussed in an hour and not the numbers of participants.
Can I add a last-minute case?
During the Study Clubs, it may be possible to add last-minute cases that are not pre-shared. To make sure you are ready for this: simply add the experts as collaborators at least the day before Study Club. Then, keep the case numbers close at hand, we will go through as many cases as the time allows, sometimes there may be a chance to add an extra one!
After registration
Upon completing the registration, you will get a confirmation email from "Study Clubs by ClearCorrect".
The same email submitter will send you the actual meeting link (Teams), so make sure to look for it by filtering your inbox on "Study Clubs by ClearCorrect".
You will receive two emails with the Teams links:
- 1 week before the session
- The day before the session.
