Descripción

Innovative digital technology has become ubiquitous in todays modern world.  As dental professionals peri-implant tissue predictability and stability is critical for long term success and patient satisfaction.  Traditionally we utilized digital implant planning to ensure ideal hard tissue parameters.  With contemporary research and digital technology we now have the ability to diagnose and treatment plan our patients not only from a hard tissue perspective but also a soft tissue perspective. This can ensure our peri-implant tissues are predictable and stable long term.   Contemporary guided surgery combined with digital technology and contemporary research makes our treatment predictable and improves patient outcomes.  This program will highlight various technologies that we can utilize to increase practice efficiency, accuracy, precision, as well as case acceptance. Learning objectives: Describe advances in intraoral scanning Describe how we can utilize digital technology to provide the best long term peri-implant tissue stability. Describe how we can utilize guided surgery to improve treatment outcomes
