KeySplint Soft now validated for dental applications with Straumann® P Series printers

Keystone Industries and Straumann Group have cleared KeySplint Soft for dental applications with Straumann P series printers. KeySplint Soft is unlike any other 3D printing material and is a highly efficient and profitable way to make splints and night guards. Without being brittle, it is tough and durable like a hard splint to withstand the forces of bruxism, yet flexible for patient comfort. KeySplint Soft is made in the USA, has 3 years of guaranteed shelf life, and has regulatory clearance in the USA, Canada, EU, and Australia.

“Keystone is thrilled to complete our validation partnership with Straumann. In the P20+ and P30+ printing systems, Straumann and his team have created a user-friendly, efficient and clever workflow that yields precise printed parts.” Ira Rosenau, President Keystone

KeySplint Soft is unique in its properties, it feels comfortable in the mouth and is resistant against wear and tear, unlike many other splint materials that we have seen for 3D pritners.” Victor Gutgesell, Global Product Manager for 3D printing of Straumann Group
