Treatment: The treatment plan was performed with coDiagnostiX®. This software helped us to identify the required reference points and to plan the dental implant insertions precisely and easily. Afterwards, the data was sent to the dental lab in order to design the drill guides and the temporary restoration. The surgical guide was delivered together with a complete step by step surgical procedure. The surgery started with a flap elevation in order to extract the teeth, remove inflammatory tissue, and to adjust the bone level to achieve a flat ridge for receiving the implants. After that, the guide was stabilized with fixation pins, and the drilling protocol was followed according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Following the implants placement, the temporary copings were screwed and covered with composite. The temporary prosthesis was passivated in patient’s mouth, removed and sent back to the lab for the final adjustments.
