This article illustrates an advanced digital workflow for accurate and efficient immediate full-arch restoration with an esthetically and anatomically adapted natural tooth-like prosthesis. A key characteristic was efficiently integrating and interlinking the prosthetic and surgical workflows via denture replica surgical guides as landmarks for scan registration.
