The ITI (International Team for Implantology), Straumann’s scientific partner, is a global association that unites currently 25,000 professionals from the field of implant dentistry in 37 Sections and more than 100 countries all over the world. The ITI’s aim is to inspire global excellence in implant dentistry for the benefit of the patient. In the last 45 years, the ITI has built a reputation for scientific rigor combined with concern for the welfare of patients. Its mission is to empower dental professionals globally through a collaborative network, cutting-edge education as well as innovative research, and to cultivate leaders committed to evidence-based practices. The ITI funds research as well as Scholarships for young clinicians and offers a wealth of educational activities, courses and events both on- and offline to ensure a life-long learning journey for every professional in implant dentistry.
