Marta Swierczynska

PhD. Team Lead Real-World Evidence at Straumann headquarters in Basel, Switzerland. With extensive experience spanning academia, pharma, and the medtech industry, she focuses on leveraging data collected outside traditional clinical trials to generate meaningful evidence that reflects real-life patient outcomes and informs both clinical decision-making and regulatory requirements. She did her PhD in Cell Biology at the University of Technology and the Max Planck Institute in Dresden, and completed postdoctoral research in Basel, actively collaborating with clinicians from the University Hospital Dresden and Basel, resulting in several scientific publications with clinical implications.
