The new generation

Straumann® Zygomatic Implant, ZAGA™ Flat and new SRA 17°

Smoother, stronger and more flexible.
Enhanced Straumann® Zygomatic Implant, ZAGA™ Flat and SRA 17°.

The next generation of our bestseller Straumann® Zygomatic Implant ZAGA Flat™, is enhanced in close collaboration with zygomatic experts. Both the implant and new SRA 17° abutment are designed to allow additional implant rotation and prosthetic flexibility.

  • Smoother

Slightly rounded edges of the new Straumann® Zygomatic Implant, ZAGA™ Flat enhance prosthetic emergence and orientation compared to the previous version. This allows for additional implant rotation for improved prosthetic screw access, without compromising the soft tissue.

  • Stronger

Increased tapered thread run-out and rounded thread valleys reduce implant stress, resulting in enhanced long-term stability and load distribution.¹

Reinforced implant design with an increased head diameter (from 4.3mm to 4.5mm) and rounded micro threads in the coronal part of the implant, enhance load distribution and long-term stability.²

  • More flexible

New 17° Screw-retained Abutments  with GH 3.0 and GH 4.5  and Variobase AS with up to 25° angulation expand prosthetic options for improved prosthetic flexibility.

The enhanced Straumann® Zygomatic Implant, ZAGA™ Flat replaces the previous version. The new SRA 17° abutment should be used only with the new version of ZAGA™ Flat.

Elevate your treatment outcomes with the next generation of our Straumann® Zygomatic Implant System.
