How can I register for the International Esthetic Days 2024?

You will first need to create an account to go through the registration process.  Please set up an account to access the registration form.

What is the registration fee?

Black ticket* registration rate until 31 October 2023 EUR 199.00 incl. VAT
Pink ticket* registration rate until 31 May 2024 EUR 299.00 incl. VAT
Regular registration rate after 1 June 2024 EUR 599.00 incl. VAT

When is the registration deadline?

While we leave it up to our participants to register for this unique experience at their own pace, we strongly recommend doing so early enough to secure your seat and be able to select all offered sessions of your choice. Due to space limitations, we might have to close registration once we have reached the sold-out capacity.  

What does the registration include?

Registration fee includes for all congress participants admission to the scientific program lectures (incl pre-congress), attendance to coffee breaks, lunches, and the welcome reception. Meet and mingle with some of the industry’s best and brightest key experts at the industrial product exhibition. Rate includes VAT.  

When will I receive registration confirmation and where do I get my congress badge?

You will receive your registration confirmation letter by email shortly after completing the payment of your registration. A few days before the congress, you will receive a digital QR code by email to be used on site at the self-check-in stations to print out your name badge.

Congress hostesses and the Help Desk remain available for onsite assistance at all times.

The Event App

Why download the app and what are the features?

With the International Esthetic Days event app you can create your own personalized agenda, browse the program, receive the latest event-related news alerts, get floorplans of the congress center, and locate rooms.  

How to download the app?

We will inform you as soon as the app is available for download. A week before the congress you will receive by email the event code and your personal PIN to open and log in to the app.  

Letter of Invitation

Participants that require an official invitation letter in order to obtain a visa, will have the possibility to apply for such an invitation on the registration site or, alternatively, contact the organizers at Participants must register and pay in full prior to receiving a visa letter. Visa letters are not available to participants who are not paid in full or who have canceled their registration.


After finalizing the payment of your registration you will be asked if you want to book your accommodation in one of the official hotels.

BCO Congresos is the event’s preferred partner to book accommodation and we recommend using the official accommodation platform. Shuttle service between the official hotels and the congress venue will be provided for the duration of the congress. For group bookings (more than 2 rooms), please contact

How can I book my hotel?

Accommodation can be booked during the registration process.

All rates are in Euros and include room type selected, breakfast, VAT, city tax, and shuttle service to the venue.

Will the International Esthetic Days be accredited?

Each attendee of the International Esthetic Days will receive an electronic certificate of attendance confirming participation in xx hours of continuing dental education (tbd).

Where can I purchase tickets for The Night?

The ticket is not included in the registration fee and costs EUR 130. You will be able to purchase your ticket for The Night during registration. There is also the option to purchase tickets onsite. However, this is subject to availability. We encourage you to secure your ticket while registering.

Participants may purchase a maximum of two tickets for The Night.  

How much does the ticket for The Night cost and what does it include?

The Night ticket costs EUR 130.00 per person (VAT included), and it includes dinner, beverages, shuttle between the official congress hotels and the venue.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Individual Registrations

Cancellation by Straumann – 100% refund

Registrations are for the individuals actually attending the event and paying the registration fee. Registrations are non-transferable. The only changes to the registration which will be accepted following registration to the event will be limited to correcting typos, updating the last name following an update of a registrant’s civil status or similar alterations. Such changes will be accepted up until 1 day prior to the event by contacting, provided these terms are fully complied with. Straumann reserves the right to refuse a name change if such change does not comply with these terms. 


Straumann reserves the right to cancel the event or the registration up to 24 hours prior to the event date. 

Refunds will not be made for no-shows to the event or late cancellation of attendance as per the rules of this section. 

Refunds will not be made for rejected visa applications if the application was not made at least 8 weeks before the event and subject to the provision of an official document from the relevant embassy rejecting such visa application to Straumann via email to Rejected visa applications must be communicated to Straumann immediately. Notification of rejections of visa applications after the event date will not be accepted and no refund will be provided. 

All refunds will be processed after the event within 60 days. This refund will be made using the same means of payment as that used by the Participant for the initial transaction, unless the participant expressly agrees that another means of payment may be used.
