Registration and other event information

What is the registration fee?

Early bird ticket price until 14 March 2026 EUR 149.00 (incl. VAT)
Regular ticket price as of 15 March 2026 EUR 199.00 (incl. VAT)

What does the registration include?

Registration fee includes for all congress participants admission to the scientific program lectures, attendance to coffee breaks, lunches, and Symposium Networking Event on Friday, 22 May 2026. Meet and mingle with some of the industry’s best and brightest key experts at the industrial product exhibition. Rate includes VAT.  

When is the registration deadline?

While we leave it up to our participants to register for this unique experience at their own pace, we strongly recommend doing so early enough to secure your seat. Due to space limitations, we might have to close registration once we have reached the sold-out capacity.  

When will I receive registration confirmation and where do I get my congress badge?

You will receive your registration confirmation letter by email shortly after completing the payment of your registration. A few days before the congress, you will receive a digital QR code by email to be used on site at the check-in stations to print out your name badge.

Congress hostesses and the Help Desk remain available for onsite assistance at all times.  

Is there any translation provided?

We are offering translation by wordly. A full list of all currently offered languages in wordly can be found here: available languages. Please ensure you bring your own smartphone fully charged and your own headphones/headsets along to use wordly onsite.

Will a certificate of attendance be provided?

Yes, all participants who attended the event will receive a certificate of participation, where the educational hours are mentioned, per email after the event.   

Letter of Invitation

Participants that require an official invitation letter in order to obtain a visa, will have the possibility to apply for such an invitation on the registration site or, alternatively, contact the organizers at  labsymposium@bcocongresos.com. Participants must register and pay in full prior to receiving a visa letter. Visa letters are not available to participants who are not paid in full or who have canceled their registration.

Cancellation and refund policy

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Individual Registrations

Cancellation by Straumann – 100% refund

Cancellation by the participant by April 24, 2026 – 50% refund  
All cancellations as of April 25, 2026 are not refundable
All cancellations must be made in writing to labsymposium@bcocongresos.com

Registrations are for the individuals actually attending the event and paying the registration fee. Registrations are non-transferable. The only changes to the registration which will be accepted following registration to the event will be limited to correcting typos, updating the last name following an update of a registrant’s civil status or similar alterations. Such changes will be accepted up until 1 day prior to the event by contacting  labsymposium@bcocongresos.com, provided these terms are fully complied with. Straumann reserves the right to refuse a name change if such change does not comply with these terms. 

Miscellaneous

Straumann reserves the right to cancel the event or the registration up to 24 hours prior to the event date. 

Refunds will not be made for no-shows to the event or late cancellation of attendance as per the rules of this section. 

Refunds will not be made for rejected visa applications if the application was not made at least 8 weeks before the event and subject to the provision of an official document from the relevant embassy rejecting such visa application to Straumann via email to labsymposium@bcocongresos.com. Rejected visa applications must be communicated to Straumann immediately. Notification of rejections of visa applications after the event date will not be accepted and no refund will be provided. 

All refunds will be processed after the event within 60 days. This refund will be made using the same means of payment as that used by the Participant for the initial transaction, unless the participant expressly agrees that another means of payment may be used.
