Amanhã magazine rankings: “Top 100 companies”/”Most profitable Healthcare company” (Neodent)
In the renowned Brazilian Amanhã magazine rankings 2016, our Brazilian subsidiary Neodent was included in the top 100 companies in Paraná state and rated the most profitable healthcare company. The company ranked 181 in South Brazil’s top 500.

UK Dental Industry Awards 2015: “Best use of Social Media” and “Marketing Campaign of the Year”
We were double winners in the UK’s Dental Industry Awards for the “Best use of social media” and the “Marketing campaign of the year”. And we were also highly commended in the ‘Innovation of the year’ award.

European Digital Communication Awards 2015: Top 5 in “Best B2B Campaigns”
In the 2015 European Digital Communication Awards, Straumann’s “Suspended CEO Campaign” was ranked among the top 5 of 750 contestants in the “Best B2B Campaigns” category.

Straumann was the 2015 recipient of the prestigious Dental Trade and Industry Recognition Award presented by the Pierre Fauchard Academy. Presented annually since 1994, the Award honors an outstanding leader in the field for contributions to dentistry and the community.

2010: HarbourClub BILANZ award 2010 for the best annual report in Switzerland for value reporting – outranking many of the world’s largest companies. This recognizes our efforts to provide stakeholders with in-depth, transparent and accurate reporting. 2010: Nomination for the German Design Award. 2009: reddot award for communication design. 2015: HarbourClub BILANZ award for the Annual Report 2014 (Best in Class for Print and Third Overall), outranking many of the world’s largest companies. In the New Economy Magazine Awards, Straumann was nominated the “Most Innovative Implant Dentistry Provider 2015”.

Health Media Award 2013 for the Straumann Patient Education App
The Straumann Patient Education app for iPad® was awarded the German Health Media Award 2013 in the “Patient Communication” category. The jury comprised experts from areas including dentistry, healthcare, and the media and communications, among others. The Award aims “to promote communication in the constantly growing and ever more important healthcare market, introduce the best originators of communication, showcase the strongest work to a broad public, and underscore the importance of creativity in this market.”

reddot design award 2012: Straumann® CARES® Scan CS2 scanner
The outstanding design of the 2012 model of the Straumann® CARES® scanner was created by the Schlagheck Design industrial design team and was acknowledged by the jury of the internationally renowned reddot design award. By means of its white, high-gloss housing, the product creates positive associations to tooth shape and enamel.

Frost & Sullivan: “Medical Technology Device of the Year”
Straumann is the only dental company to have twice received the prestigious Medical Technology Device of the Year Award bestowed by Frost & Sullivan for best practice in innovation: for the SLActive® implant surface (2005) and the Roxolid® implant material (2009). Also, the Straumann thermoplastic drill template won the prestigious 2007 Medical Design Excellence Award (MDEA).
