With over 15 years of experience in the dental industry, I bring both clinical understanding and commercial strategy to the way I support practices.

My career began in practice, where I gained first-hand exposure to the clinical challenges, workflow barriers, and operational pressures that dental teams face every day. That foundation gives me a practical understanding of how implant dentistry fits into real-world environments not just in theory, but in busy surgeries with competing priorities.

For the past 10 years, I’ve worked in sales and leadership roles including business development, national sales, and now Growth Manager at Straumann Group. Throughout this journey, I’ve developed strong communication skills, a strategic approach to execution, and the ability to align commercial objectives with clinical realities.

I’m proud to have built long-standing, trusted relationships with both customers and industry partners. Trust and credibility matter in dentistry, and I believe sustainable growth only happens when partnerships are built on transparency, shared goals, and consistent delivery.

ANDREA ROBSON - GROWTH MANAGER

My career began in commercial business, where I focused on scale, profitability, and sustainable growth. This experience built a strong foundation in analysing business performance, identifying opportunities, and implementing strategies that deliver measurable results.

I later moved into the dental industry, working closely with group practices and large corporate customers. This has given me a deep understanding of both patient expectations and the commercial realities that drive successful practices.

I’m passionate about training and education, and I bring a strong working knowledge of sales, procurement, and operational workflows. By taking a long-term, strategic view, I’m able to identify growth opportunities, streamline processes, and help practices grow.
