In recent years, we have witnessed an evolution of digital workflows. With this presentation we will demonstrate how technology changed the way we plan full-arch rehabilitations, through the discussion of different cases with different therapeutic approaches for Neoarch (conventional, bone reduction, palatal approach, bone grafting and zygomatic cases) and prosthetic planning (from FP1 to FP3). From reverse planning to guided surgery, different working protocols will be demonstrated using planning softwares, such as CodiagnostiX and different guided systems like Easyguide.
