Individual Registrations

  • Cancellation by the participant by July 15th, 2025: 100% refund
  • Cancellation by the participant from July 16th to August 15th, 2025: 50% refund
  • As of August 16th, 2025: Non-refundable
  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing to edukacja@straumann.com

Registrations are for individuals actually attending and paying the registration fee. They are non-transferable. Only changes such as correcting typos or updating last names due to civil status changes will be accepted, and only until 1 day before the event. Requests must be sent to edukacja@straumann.com. Straumann Polska reserves the right to refuse any name change that does not comply with these conditions.

Straumann Polska reserves the right to cancel the event or the registration up to 24 hours prior to the event date. 
Refunds will not be made for no-shows to the event or late cancellation of attendance as per the rules of this section. 

Refunds will not be made for rejected visa applications if the application was not made at least 8 weeks before the event and subject to the provision of an official document from the relevant embassy rejecting such visa application to Straumann Polska via email to edukacja@straumann.com. Rejected visa applications must be communicated to Straumann Polska immediately. Notification of rejections of visa applications after the event date will not be accepted and no refund will be provided.

All refunds will be processed after the event within 60 days. This refund will be made using the same means of payment as that used by the Participant for the initial transaction, unless the participant expressly agrees that another means of payment may be used.

Participants that require an official invitation letter in order to obtain a visa, will have the possibility to apply for such an invitation by contacting the organizers at edukacja@straumann.com. Participants must register and pay in full prior to receiving a visa letter. Visa letters are not available to participants who are not paid in full or who have canceled their registration.

Payment will be made using bank transfer, after receipt of invoice at the e-mail address used in the registration form.

In case of additional payments for extra orders or adjustments, an additional invoice will be issued and sent by e-mail.
