1. Event organiser

The event organiser for the Straumann® BLX Contest is Institut Straumann AG (hereinafter referred to as "Straumann").

2. Content of the contest

In this contest all participants are invited to guess the outcome of the 27 seconds video teaser by choosing one of the four options given in the submission form. Three main winners will be picked from the submissions. They will each receive a LIFETIME lion adoption at the Drakenstein Lion Park in their own name, which is worth approx. CHF 1’500 per LIFETIME lion adoption. Prizes 4-23 will be an "Anna and the Lion" children’s book signed by our CEO Marco Gadola. The winners will be announced after the IDS 2019 on this website.

3. Participation requirements

Each participant must submit their response between 01.02.2019 and 28.02.2019 ("contest period") after accepting these Terms and Conditions of Participation at http://www.confidence-in-you.com. One person can only submit one response. All employees of the Straumann Group are excluded from the competition.

4. Determination of winner

The winners will be randomly selected out of all valid submissions and announced after the IDS 2019 on this website.

5. Delivery of prize

Straumann shall contact the winners by eMail and coordinate the delivery of the prize with them.

6. Exclusion from contest

Straumann is authorised to exclude a participant from the contest or not to make delivery of the prize if the participant provides false information in the context of their participation and/or violates these Terms and Conditions of Participation or breaches applicable law.

7. Final provisions

Law in the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. All decisions shall be made by a jury chosen by Straumann. Legal recourse is excluded.
