How it Works
Clinicians who place Straumann or Neodent implants can nominate patients through our user-friendly online form.
The nomination form is comprehensive and must be reviewed carefully and completed in its entirety. The full list of criteria for acceptance is included on the form as is a list of responsibilities for the clinician and the patient should the case be accepted.
In addition to the form, each applicant must send additional required documentation pertaining to their patient's case.
Application processing will formally begin upon receipt of all required documentation.
Please note: all applicants for the Let Them Shine program must agree to donate 100% of their associated case services, fees, and related expenses.

The Let Them Shine application process involves many steps and can take several weeks to complete.
Each application must go through multiple checkpoints prior to being reviewed by the Selection Committee.
Case Selection
After processing is complete, the Let Them Shine Selection Committee reviews all nominations to identify cases with the greatest potential for transformation—focusing on cases that will significantly enhance functionality, smile aesthetics, or patient confidence.
As part of the case selection process, the committee will carefully assess both the medical and financial needs of each patient based on the submitted information to ensure the most impactful cases are selected for treatment.
