The information provided in this application will become the basis for selection of transformational cases (transformational cases include those that significantly impact functionality, smile and/or confidence).

Let Them Shine is a federally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that partners with clinicians and other dental professionals willing to donate their time, talent and services to help patients in need of implant treatment.

Products for accepted Let Them Shine cases including but not limited to implants, biomaterials, and restorative components will be donated by our corporate partner Straumann Group.

In addition, all applicants for the Let Them Shine program must agree to donate 100% of their associated case services, fees, and related expenses. In cases where the applying clinician is not performing the final restoration (or any other part of the patient's treatment), the additional clinician(s) must also agree to provide their services free of charge. 

Applicants will be asked to identify a lab willing to donate 100% of all associated lab services/costs for this case including but not limited to temporary/final prosthesis and restorative fees.

Applicants who are unable to identify a lab willing to donate to their case can still apply and should contact smile@letthemshineusa.org for assistance with their application.
