You will receive the hard copy of the certificate at the end of the summit. Shall you require the digital copy - could you please contact us.

Refunds will be issued for cancellations received up to 30. July 2019 less a 30 EUR administrative fee (VAT is not applicable). No refund will be issued for cancellations received after this date, however an alternative participant’s name may be submitted. To either cancel the booking or change the participant, could you please contact us.
