Operating principles
Our operating principles are based on the Straumann Group Foundation Purpose, Vision and Mission values. We build on the same core values as the Straumann Group and the essence of the Straumann Group Code Of Conduct. Our evaluation of partnerships follow clear criteria for partners, with projects supported by a widely common impact framework. A structured evaluation process following our governance makes the grant process fair, transparent and comprehensible.

The Straumann Group Foundation is guided by a dedicated board and a professional management team committed to transparency, integrity, and accountability. Our governance structure ensures that all decisions are made respon-sibly and in alignment with our mission.
