Scanbodies

Scanbodies are used in digital workflows to transfer the three-dimensional position of dental implants from the patient’s mouth to a digital environment. They are temporarily connected to the implant or abutment during intraoral or laboratory scanning. Our scanbodies feature a specific geometry that can be easily recognized by CAD software, enabling identification of the implant’s position, angulation, and depth.
