The Journey

Straumann® RISE delivers transformative growth through a structured two-year journey for an exclusive cohort of 12 participants blending intensive modules, collaborative community calls, and dynamic engagement platforms.

6 expert-led modules over 2 years

Six expert-led modules progressively build skills in communication, digital presence, scientific publishing, clinical practice, and leadership.
Bi-monthly community calls

Virtual calls connect the 12 participants with mentors and peers for real-time Q&A, progress sharing, and accountability – fostering a supportive network within the Straumann ecosystem.
Community engagement

Throughout the program, participants will be actively involved in selected Straumann initiatives and platforms, providing valuable opportunities to put their learnings into practice, further develop their voice, and build meaningful connections within the professional community.
