The Application process

Straumann® Rise is a selective, application-based program designed for a small, committed cohort of motivated clinicians.

Applications for the 2026 cohort are now closed. Stay tuned! The 12 selected participants will be announced soon. 



Who should apply

Before applying, please review the eligibility criteria and program commitment.

  • Eligibility

    This program is designed for emerging influencers in the dental field who are interested in education, knowledge sharing, and long-term professional development.

    • Applicants should be motivated to grow as speakers, educators, or thought leaders
    • Applicants must be actively practicing clinicians with minimum of 2 years of full‑time clinical experience after graduation in a relevant specialty, including oral surgery, maxillofacial surgery, periodontics, or prosthodontics.
    • This program is intended for candidates in the early stages of their career, generally under the age of 35.
    • University affiliation is welcomed but not required.
    • For the first edition of the Program, applications are open to candidates from Central and Eastern European countries, Straumann Emerging Markets, and Switzerland. Please refer to the full list of eligible countries here.
  • Commitment & requirements

    Straumann® Rise is a long-term development program that requires ongoing engagement.

    • Participation spans two years
    • Attendance and active contribution are expected throughout the program
    • Participants are selected to form a focused and collaborative cohort

The application process is designed to be transparent and straightforward.

    • 9 March – 27 April 2026: – Submit your application: Complete the online form and share your background, motivation, and interest in the program.
    • 28 April – 15 May 2026: Review by the Advisory Board: Applications are reviewed by the Straumann® Rise Advisory Board based on motivation, experience, and fit with the program.
    • 18 May 2026: Notification: all applicants will be informed about the outcome of their application. Selected candidates will be informed about next steps within 2 weeks.

    Before beginning the application, please note the following:

    • Approximate time to complete: 10–15 minutes
    • You may be asked to provide a short motivation, professional background, and relevant links
    • Application deadlines may apply
    • You will be asked to confirm your availability and commitment for the full two-year duration

  • What happens next

    After submitting your application:

    • Your responses will be reviewed by the Straumann® Rise Advisory Board.
    • Applicants will be informed about the outcome within the communicated timeline.
    • Feedback or next steps will be shared directly with selected candidates.
    • Selected candidates are expected to join Module 1 onsite, on 18 – 19 June 2026, at Straumann in Hungary, Budapest
