This two-day module within Straumann RISE is designed to equip participants with the skills, mindset, and tools to perform with confidence and impact across any stage — online or in-person, on a big podium or in an intimate hands-on setting.

Participants strengthen their stage presence, body language, vocal skills, and audience engagement, learning how to adapt their delivery to different formats, audiences, and environments. The focus is on turning scientific content into compelling learning experiences — supported by smart facilitation techniques and the effective use of technology.

Through short presentations, hands-on exercises, and expert feedback, participants actively develop their personal speaker style while mastering stress and mindset management to perform with clarity and confidence under pressure.

• Structured course design, didactic methodology, and rhetorical skill development
