Registration and other event information
The event app
Letter of Invitation
Participants that require an official invitation letter in order to obtain a visa, will have the possibility to apply for such an invitation on the registration site or, alternatively, contact the organizers at estheticdays@bcocongresos.com. Participants must register and pay in full prior to receiving a visa letter. Visa letters are not available to participants who are not paid in full or who have canceled their registration.
Accommodation
After finalizing the payment of your registration you will be asked if you want to book your accommodation in one of the official hotels.
BCO Congresos is the event’s preferred partner to book accommodation and we recommend using the official accommodation platform. Shuttle service between the official hotels and the congress venue will be provided for the duration of the congress. For group bookings (more than 2 rooms), please contact estheticdays@bcocongresos.com.
