This session will be led by Jaqueline Thompson and Jean-Guillaume Bayada.

Jacqueline Thompson (j.thompson@lek.com) is a Partner at L.E.K. Consulting and founding leader of the Madrid office, where she heads the Healthcare Services practice with deep expertise in dentistry and the Iberian healthcare sector. A former entrepreneur, she holds an MBA from INSEAD and previously sold her food company to one of Japan’s largest biotech firms.

Jean-Guillaume Bayada (jg.bayada@lek.com) is a Partner in L.E.K. Consulting’s Paris office with over a decade of experience advising healthcare and MedTech companies on growth strategy, market access, and large-scale transformations. He also supports M&A activity across Europe and holds a Master’s in Management from ESSEC Business School.

Dr. Prav Solanki is a PhD graduate from the University of Oxford who has built a career at the intersection of healthcare, marketing, and technology—owning multiple dental practices and advising over 500 clinics and corporates on brand strategy and growth. He is the founder of The Fresh consultancy, director at IAS Academy, and creator of Leadflo®, an AI-powered dental CRM platform designed to optimize patient conversions and experience.

This session will be led by Crispin Reed, a seasoned brand and strategy expert with over 40 years of commercial experience across industries including FMCG, luxury, pharmaceuticals, and beauty. As an executive coach, consultant, and lecturer, he helps senior leaders and organizations worldwide unlock growth through strategic insight, innovation, and impactful leadership.

Is the event open to more than one person from my organization?

Each attendee will be granted a plus-one, which will be paid for by the attendee at a cost of € 500.

When will a full detailed agenda be released?

A detailed agenda, including timings of sessions, speakers and presenters, and all external partners to be released no later than 3 months ahead of the event.

What is included in the cost of the event?

Two nights of accommodation including breakfast and a catered lunch on both days, a social activity and dinner following day one of the Summit, market intelligence provided by LEK, and the insights delivered through our thought-leadership program and by industry peers

When should I arrive?

Attendees should plan to arrive the day or evening before the event, as the Summit will start the morning of 3 June.
