This session focuses on how clinicians are perceived and interpreted online — often beyond their direct control.

Participants will explore how professional reputation is formed through fragmented digital touchpoints such as websites, profiles, presentations, publications, and search results. This session introduces storytelling as a practical framework to structure information, reduce misinterpretation, and maintain trust.

Through guided reflection and practical exercises, participants will:

  • analyze how their professional story is currently formed online
  • identify unintended messages created by fragmented visibility
  • apply a simple storytelling filter to assess any public or digital content
  • structure their professional narrative using a clear, repeatable framework
  • learn how to maintain consistency across different platforms and audiences

The session equips clinicians with concrete tools to take control of their digital reputation — without the need for constant online activity.

The Power of Digital (by Nicolai Munzer) equips participants with the skills to excel in today’s digitally enhanced professional world by mastering practical, real-world applications of Generative AI. Participants will learn how to use AI tools to:

  • Sharpen communication and presentation skills — draft, refine, and rehearse compelling presentations, improve clarity and structure, and practice delivery using AI-assisted feedback and speech-to-text tools.
  • Create and edit impactful visual content — generate high-quality images, diagrams, and visuals for presentations, publications, and digital communication.
  • Conduct deep literature and knowledge reviews — rapidly summarize, compare, and extract insights from large volumes of content using advanced AI search and analysis tools.
  • Enhance digital content creation — produce polished written content such as thought-leadership pieces, reports, and professional communications, tailored to individual tone and audience.

Through hands-on, non-clinical use cases, this module enables participants to work more efficiently, communicate more effectively, and confidently integrate Generative AI into their professional daily practice.

Developing Your Brand Through Social Media 
Building visibility, credibility and influence in the digital professional space

This session focuses on how dental professionals can intentionally develop their professional brand through social media and position themselves as credible voices in the digital dental community.

Participants will explore how social platforms have transformed the traditional Key Opinion Leader into a Key Online Opinion Leader, where visibility, storytelling and valuable content shape professional reputation and influence.

Through practical examples and real-world cases, participants will learn how to:

  • define and communicate a clear professional brand and story online
  • choose the right balance between clinical, educational, academic and personal content
  • create engaging and visually compelling content that adds value for peers
  • use formats such as images, carousels and short videos to increase reach and engagement
  • build consistency in style, messaging and posting strategy
  • leverage social media to expand professional networks and professional opportunities

The session provides practical guidance for clinicians who want to strengthen their professional visibility, share expertise, and become trusted voices within the digital dental ecosystem — without turning their social media presence into pure marketing.
