Jacqueline Thompson (j.thompson@lek.com) is a Partner at L.E.K. Consulting and founding leader of the Madrid office, where she heads the Healthcare Services practice with deep expertise in dentistry and the Iberian healthcare sector. A former entrepreneur, she holds an MBA from INSEAD and previously sold her food company to one of Japan’s largest biotech firms.
Jean-Guillaume Bayada (jg.bayada@lek.com) is a Partner in L.E.K. Consulting’s Paris office with over a decade of experience advising healthcare and MedTech companies on growth strategy, market access, and large-scale transformations. He also supports M&A activity across Europe and holds a Master’s in Management from ESSEC Business School.
