Straumann® SLActive®

Prestazioni oltre l’immaginabile.

SLActive® è la superficie ad alta prestazione di Straumann con un grande potenziale di guarigione. È indice di alta predicibilità e osteointegrazione accelerata1-8. Studi recenti hanno evidenziato prestazioni cliniche fuori dal comune di SLActive®, anche in protocolli di trattamento molto complessi e in pazienti con salute compromessa.9-11

Predicibilità

Percentuale di sopravvivenza degli impianti con carico immediato dopo 10 anni: 98,2%.9

Osteointegrazione

Tempi di guarigione ridotti da 6-8 settimane a 3-4 settimane in tutte le indicazioni.*

Biologia

Migliore rigenerazione ossea anche in siti compromessi.12

Performance

Percentuale di sopravvivenza degli impianti nei pazienti trattati con radioterapia, con osso compromesso, a 5 anni: 100%.10,11

Straumann® SLA®

Lunga durata ed efficienza nella pratica quotidiana.

La superficie SLA® classica, introdotta nel 1998, si basa su una tecnica di sabbiatura a grana grossa, che genera una macro-ruvidità sulla superficie in titanio. Segue una mordenzatura che sovrappone una micro-ruvidità. La topografia risultante offre una struttura ideale per l’adesione cellulare. Molti studi clinici e preclinici specializzati hanno confermato le elevate prestazioni e la grande affidabilità a lungo termine, rendendola una delle superfici meglio documentate dell'implantologia dentale. In base a uno studio indipendente, il rischio relativo di sviluppo di perimplantite era oltre tre volte maggiore nei pazienti trattati con sistemi implantari della concorrenza rispetto agli impianti Straumann® con superfici SLA®.13

Percentuali di sopravvivenza

Percentuali di sopravvivenza elevate e costanti comprese fra il 95,1% e il 98,8%, documentate da diversi studi dopo un follow-up a 5 e 10 anni.14-20

Preservazione dell’osso

Perdita ossea media di 0,5-1 mm dopo 10 anni (baseline definito come tempo al carico dell'impianto).15,16

Bassa prevalenza di perimplantite

Prevalenza estremamente bassa di perimplantite (1,8%) nei 10 anni di follow-up.15
