Can I Trade Up or Trade In the old scanner I have in my practice?

Yes, most scanner brands are possible to Trade Up or Trade In. You will get a value back for the old scanner that is set based on the new TRIOS scanner you purchase.

3Shape TRIOS Terms and Conditions

Is there a license fee for TRIOS Care?

TRIOS Care is always included for one year, after that year an invoice is sent to you for the coming year. With this invoice, you will have a 12-month commitment period.

Each year you will receive a new invoice for the coming year.

List price: € 1600 ex. VAT / year

How do I cancel my license for TRIOS Care?

To cancel TRIOS Care you downgrade to TRIOS Only (free of charge), you need to send a cancellation to cadcam.support.se@straumann.com earliest during the last 90 days and latest 10 days before the license is automatically renewed, else you will get an invoice for the next year. With this invoice, you will have a 12-month commitment period. If you don’t pay the invoice, your 3Shape TRIOS scanner will stop functioning.
