At Straumann Group North America, compassion and community come together through 'Let Them Shine' – an employee-driven program that has been offering free dental implant treatments to individuals facing financial hardship since 2019.
Clinicians across the U.S. and Canada nominate patients who would otherwise go without the care they need. Each quarter, a dedicated committee selects cases for treatment – restoring not just smiles, but dignity, confidence, and quality of life. Nominations that aren’t selected remain in the pool for future consideration.
'Let Them Shine' is funded through contributions from Straumann employees, clinicians, labs, and partners – with significant support from Straumann Group itself. This initiative goes beyond charity; it's a collective promise to give back to the communities we serve.
What began in North America is now sparking global inspiration, with pilot programs underway in Germany and Brazil – and many more in development.
