Steve is an award-winning speaker, event compere and public speaking coach.A former BBC News and national newspaper journalist, Steve is the author of two books.  Steve was named National Speaker of the Year in 2015 and is the Immediate Past President of The Professional Speaking Association, the UK trade body for professional speakers.

 


Dr Hesham Ali

As a Specialist and Consultant Orthodontist, Dr Hesham brings unparalleled expertise to orthodontic education for general dental practitioners.

Dr Hesham treats everything from simple alignment to complex malocclusions using a multi-disciplinary approach. He's experienced in fixed appliances, aligners, and lingual orthodontics.                                                                                                                    

He teaches on the MSc in Orthodontics at the University of Manchester and has lectured nationally with the British Orthodontic Society, amongst others.

 

Dr Rachael Otukoya

Having graduated from the University of Sheffield in 2015, Dr Otukoya has worked in hospital care in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery as well as Special Care Dentistry and Dental Public Health. Since working in general practice, Rachael enjoys providing general and cosmetic dentistry, including composite bonding, ClearCorrect and tooth whitening.

Rachael has a particular interest in helping anxious patients overcome their fears of dental treatment, as well as being a mentor and supervisor to newly qualified dentists from the EU and around the world.                                                                                              

Dr Miguel Polonia

Having graduated in Portugal in 2006 and Miguel relocated to the UK the same year. 

He completed a Post-Graduate Degree in implants in 2008 in Portugal, and finished his Master of Science Degree in Orthodontics at Warwick University in 2019.


Miguel has comfortably found his natural aptitude as a dental lecturer, teaching orthodontics and composite bonding - whilst giving clinical support to over 3000 dentists - and motivating dentists from around the UK.                                                                               

 

Dr Pavi Sood

Dr. Pavi Sagoo graduated from the University of Wales in 2000 and brings over 20 years of expertise to her patients. With a passion for minimally invasive cosmetic dentistry, Dr. Pavi consistently hones her skills through advanced training with globally recognized clinicians. Her specialties include tooth straightening, whitening, smile makeovers, composite and porcelain veneers.                                                                                                                             Known for her calm and caring demeanor, Dr. Pavi is exceptional at putting even the most anxious patients at ease. Her dedication goes beyond dental care—she is committed to enhancing her patients confidence and overall well-being.

Dr. Arnold Gangaidzo

Dr Arnold Gangaidzo is the owner of Lancashire Smiles Dental Practice, a private dental clinic in Kirkham.

A graduate of the University of Lancashire (2017), he has a strong interest in orthodontic treatments and holds a postgraduate diploma in clear aligner therapy. Alongside clinical practice, he mentors clear aligner providers. 

His work has been widely recognised, including being voted Best Young Dentist in the North West in 2020 and earning a place in the Dentistry Top 50 in 2025.     

                                                                                                                                                         

Kev Chavda
Dr Kev Chavda

Kev is an award‑winning clinician recognised as Young Dentist of the Year for his patient‑centred, minimally invasive approach. A committed ClearCorrect provider since 2019, he’s known for his attention to detail, approachable manner, and enthusiasm for innovation.He founded The Ilkeston 100, an initiative focused on improving oral health in local schools, including a pledge to donate 10,000 toothbrushes to children in the community.Kev also shares his work through his social platform, @kevthedentist, where he showcases cases, educates patients, and promotes positive, ethical dentistry to both the public and fellow clinicians.

Dr Jo Salter MBE

Dr Jo Salter is a trailblazer in aviation and leadership, is celebrated for her historic role as the first female fast jet pilot in the Royal Air Force. Flying the formidable Panavia Tornado, she joined the RAF at 18 and rapidly ascended through the ranks, ultimately becoming a Flight Lieutenant of the 617 Squadron. Her transition to the corporate world saw her excel in various leadership roles, including her current position as the Director of Global Transformative Leadership at PWC. An accomplished author, speaker and educator, Jo’s insights on resilience, leadership and overcoming adversity resonate deeply. Her life’s journey, marked by determination and excellence, continues to inspire and educate, reflecting her profound commitment to empowering others.

Jamie Morley

Jamie Morley is a leadership coach, trainer and author specialising in the dental and orthodontic sector. He spent over 20 years leading teams in healthcare, including 17 years at Johnson & Johnson and 7 years at Align Technology as General Manager for the UK & Ireland.

Jamie holds an MSc in Coaching & Behavioural Change from Henley Business School and founded Fitting Leadership in 2018 to help dentists and their teams develop the leadership capabilities needed to create healthier cultures and more successful practices.

Who is Elevate for?

Elevating ClearCorrect Excellence 2026 is designed for ClearCorrect providers, all dental professionals interested in growing their clear aligner expertise, and practice teams looking to increase case acceptance and efficiency. Whether you’re new to Clear Aligner Therapy or an experienced provider, there’s something for everyone.

What does the cost of the ticket cover?

The ticket covers your participation in the awards reception on the 18th of June and the Clinical Conference on the 6th of June.

Does my ticket cover accommodation?

No, the ticket does not cover accommodation. But we have negotiated a limited number of discounted hotel rooms at the venue. A link can be found on our bookings page to assist your reservation. 

What can I expect from the event?

ClearCorrect Elevate 2026 offers two action-packed days:

  • June 18th – The Elevate Awards, celebrating top-performing ClearCorrect providers.
  • June 19th – A full day of clinical education, featuring expert-led sessions on treatment planning, troubleshooting, and growing your aligner practice. There will be breakout sessions, one for dentists and another for other members of the practice team. Ensuring everyone gets the exact knowledge they need for growth.
