Career highlights:
Grant Bester joined Straumann Group in 2025. He joined from the Polaris Group where he was Vice President International for Polaris and then for Indian Motorcycle, overseeing the business internationally. Before that, Grant worked for Stryker, a global medical technology company, as Vice president and Chief Marketing officer. During his tenure, he was responsible for the orthopedics, trauma, and spinal business across multiple regions. Grant had a varied career, not only in corporate roles, but has also been involved in entrepreneurial ventures, running his own business in professional imaging.

Qualifications:
Advanced Diploma in Business Management from the University of Johannesburg; executive education programs at Manchester Business School and Harvard University.
